Lost all music data in itunes after update on windows 7. Need Help

PLEASE HELP! Apple updated iTunes 12 software on my Windows 7 (when I clicked, No,I don't want to update). Now, I lost all my music and podcast. How can I retrieve my information? I'm very upset.
