iPod touch 4th Generation Just Says "Verifying" on iMessage.

I've restored the iPod almost 3 times, all with different IPSW's. I've tried hard resetting, resetting network settings, erasing all contents, everything. I will get to the screen where you sign into iMessage, I'll type in my Apple ID & Password, then I will select the emails/Phone number I want to use... Then, it will say "Verifying" at the top of the screen for about 10 seconds, then, just go back to the screen where I typed in my Apple ID & Password, and when I try again, it just does the same thing.
