Very frequent GPU panic on MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010)

Hello folks,

Is anyone experiencing frequent GPU panic causing restarts on MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010)? Its causing a lot of trouble for me. I Have OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 (14E46). I have included the crash report below for reference.
