Ipad saying it needs to be activated

I've had absolutely no problems with my iPad 3 until a couple of days ago. It started saying its PUK was locked. Which I contacted Verizon and got it reset. It was working fine after that, then last night after I had fully charged it. I turned it back on and its now saying the iPad needs to be activated. I select my wifi network and it moves on to the next screen where it takes forever to do anything and then says it's unable to activate the iPad at this time to try again or contact Apple. I tried plugging it into a computer and going through iTunes, and I get the same error there.


I don't understand whats going on. My iPad was working perfectly until now. Any ideas on whats going on, or what I can do to fix it?
