In iTunes, select the app, then use Ctrl+I (Windows) or Cmd+I (Mac) to Get Info. Select the File tab for the purchase details.

wat if i dont have itunes app?
im just using my ipad.thanks a lot.
I don't know that it is possible to get that information from within the iPad, nor can I see an obvious way to review your purchase history.
