how can I apply an outlook rule to my iphone and ipad

I have applied a rule in Outlook to delete mails from spam addresses, but all the spam is still coming through to my ipad and iphone. Can anybody advise how to apply the rule to both of those devices? I am not on gmail, hotmail or any of the standard email addresses - it is a company address using the company server.
