Hello, iv'e added through my mac another mail accounts (another 2), when i open the mail app on my Mac i can see mails from all three accounts. but when i enter iCloud.com through the web browser i get only the iCloud account mail, without the outlook and gmail.

That's how it is supposed to work, you can only see your iCloud mail from the iCloud account you are logged into at iCloud.com.
