I Had deleted my apps so I could create space but now when I try to download them again. it doesnt work it just says that they are in able but I now have no apps.

I assume that you meant to type ""unable" where I made the type bold. It really helps if you type the entire message that you get if you are getting a message in the App Store.
Try signing out of your Apple ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Restart your phone and then go back to the settings and sign in again.
