How do I rename a folder in Pages for Mac?

I use Pages for Mac for all of my work. I have a number of different folders in which I store individual documents.

What I need to do is rename one of them. I have tried right-clicking on it, double clicking, and everything else I can think of, but I cannot find out how to edit the name of the folder into a different name. Any suggestions, please? Thanks!
