photo's from my photo stream are gone after I turn on iCloud library

I bought a new iphone 5 today. I already had an iphone 4, and I have a my photo stream, which I want to back up to my iCloud library on PC and iphone 5.

So when I turn on iCloud library on iphone 5, the photo stream disappears, and all the photo's are gone as well. On my PC it's not working as well, when I take a picture with iphone 5 it doesn't upload it.

To make it short, I want my photo's from my iphone 4 backed up in iphone 5 and iCloud library PC as well. How do I do this?
