Server 4.1 profile manager: Unable to register IOS device: SQL ERROR

I try to register several IOS 8.1 devices in profile manager. I'm able to download and install the trust profile. I can install the registration profile but the registration could not be finished. If I check the logs I could found an in a database query:

Any ideas how to fix this?

I already have done a complete reset to defaults of profile manager.
