Personal mailing labels repeated n times, or a list of different names output to mailing labels? There is no built-in mail merge capability in Pages v5.

For your own personalized labels you have three choices:

  1. Avery Design & Print Online. Specify 5160.
  2. Avery Design & Print Download for Mac. (Works on Yosemite 10.10.4)
    1. Must create an account.
    2. Will automatically download Design-Print.1.5.0.app.zip (latest as of today)
    3. Double-click on this file in your Downloads folder to unzip
    4. Double-click to start installation process

      Everything installed into Applications/Design&Print.app

    5. First launch of application will require click of open button due to OS X security
    6. Web-aware application. Mail/data Merge capable. Specify 5160 and offered predesigned choices that allow you to edit away their ornamentation.
  3. Download a free 15160 template only (works for mac and pc) for use in Pages
    1. This template is a table layout. You can tab between cells. In Pages, you will be using the Text tab in the Table panel to input content.
    2. Laborious

For different names, you can use the mail merge feature from above, or the OS X Contacts application has mailing label support in its Print panel, where you can choose 5160. It assumes that you have imported a comma-separated-values (csv) file into a new contact group, and that information will drive the filling of the label sheet. Help on importing a csv is found by specifying import in the search window for Contact Help, and then choosing the Export and import contacts topic. Or this Apple article for importing contacts for Yosemite.
