My iphone 5 has stuck in Apple logo (Apple Logo comes and disappear periodically ) . It turned on after rest or connecting with I Tune but after some time it start doing the same .

My I Phone 5 , 16 GB has stuck in a loop , the device was on charging and when i checked after some time , there was an apple sign which was turning on and off periodically . I reset the mobile and after many tries the device turned on but after some time it went off again and stuck again on same . Then i updated the device through i tune and it gave an error -39 , after that the device updated again and turned on . It remain on for an hour and again show the same behavior . Kind help me out that what is the problem with this phone and how can i rectify it .

This can be caused by outdated iTunes software or web accelerators.

To resolve, download the latest version of iTunes for Windows at apple.com/itunes/download/

If already on the latest version, look at disabling or uninstalling any web accelerator software and restarting.

I did the same and updated my software to 8.4 but the problem is still there . The device is not working properly , it turned on when i press power and home button but again turned off after some time and stuck in the same loop.
