Iphone5 stuck in Apple Logo Loop

My IPhone 5 was on charging and when i saw after some time , there was an apple logo which was turning on and off after every 10-12 sec . I reset the device many times and finally the device turned on but after some time upper half of the screen turned brown for a second and it turned off again and stuck in the same loop . Then i updated the device through itune , it work for an hour but again showing the same behavior . Kindly help me out .
