iTunes not showing updated iPhone information

Hi there,

I've created a couple of new playlists on my iPhone and I usually plug it into my iTunes at work so I can play my iPhone's music through speakers.

When I plug it in and select my iPhone in iTunes, the playlists haven't updated - what can I do?
