HDMI is primary monitor after restart.

Hello,

I have two problems with my macbook pro Retina Model A1398:

1. Native monitor is black after restart of my mac and if I play around HDMI port (plug and unplug HDMI cable) the native monitor will be restored and i could sign in to the system.

2. HDMI port is not working at all. So my second monitor show nothing when I plug the cable.
