iPad Keynote 2.5.4 Mirroring Problem

Hi All, last year I set up a pretty ambitious presentation using full screen mp4s and lots of links etc it worked like a dream until the 2.5.4 upgrade, the presentation still works but the links do not show up when mirroring the presentation as it did before the upgrade can anyone help please
