imac i7 32 gb craches all the time when i need ram and the hardwaretest stops every time it will test the ram , what do i do

Did you buy it from Apple with 32Gb of ram or was it upgraded after purchase or by a reseller? If it was upgraded what brand is the third party ram?

Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. Be sure to back up your device before taking or sending it to Apple.
