Transfer photos from iCloud to Mac

Hi,

Is there anyway I can transfer my photos from iCloud to my Macbook? My iCloud is full but barely any storage is used at the computers memory.

The transfer will take place with iCloud photo library enabled and download originals is checked in your Photos preferences on your Mac.

Once you have ensured that all your photos have downloaded to your Mac you can then disable iCloud photo library. If you need to delete photos from the cloud after that, you can do so at iCloud.com, but be aware that this will also delete those photos from any other device that still has iCloud photo library enabled.
