add device to itunes match

Hi,

I tried to add my windows pc to itunes match but it doesnt work. i click on add device and enter my password.(dont know how it is in english because i use it in german) and now nothing happens. this is my problem. it doesnt connect to itunes match but of course i want it to 😀. Can anyone help me? My devices: iphone 6 ios 8.4 and windows 8.1 lenovo laptop
