ITunes Match "stuck" matching next to last song.

I Just subscribed $25 of My hard earned dollars to iTunes Match yesterday and I still have not gotten it to work. I have been at this a full 24 hours and it still gets stuck. Right now, it is stuck on step 2, 15504 of 15505 songs checked. This is the farthest it's gone so far and now it has stopped again! Im about to pull my hair out! Is there something broken that I can fix? Or should I start it again and hope that it goes all the way through? For something that is costing me $30/year this is a really ****** service. Running on Windows 7 and the second recent iTunes update (I also can't get the new iTunes update to download either???)
