I pressed reset all contents and settings on my iphone, now it has locked to a carrier(vodafone), previously it was unlocked. should this happen and how can get it unlocked pls

Whoever unlocked the phone previously must have hacked the phone to unlock it instead of having it unlocked by the carrier it was locked to. When you reset the phone that removed the hack and the phone is again locked to vodaphone. Contact videophone to see if you qualify for official unlocking of the phone.
