I was looking to confirm a charge and clicked Report a Problem for another that was NOT a problem.
I want to be sure that's not cancelled.

You can view your account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes, that should help you find what it was for : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
For your wrong report, you could try the 'report a problem' site again (http://reportaproblem.apple.com/) including your case number if you have one and explaining, or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page (again including the case number) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
How do I talk to a person about a charge on my credit card? I am looking for a charge I can't remember, and I clicked Report a Problem but it was for a different charge, one that is NOT a problem
