Q: Apple RAID Card Controller Kernel Panic

I'm running an Xserve3,1 with OS X Server 10.6.8.  For a while now, I've been encountering kernel panics seemingly caused by the Apple RAID card or RAID driver.  Can anyone offer some insight on why this is happening and/or how to fix it?  Here's the text of the kernel panic log:
