How to prompt for saving login to iCloud?

My iPad and iMac prompt to save logins to the iCloud keychain. My MBP never does. This means I have to manually type in the login for one of the other devices to get it into iCloud keychain.

Does anyone know why the MBP may not be prompting to save to iCloud keychain?
