Playlist Duplicating

Hi, my name is Kati.

When I plug my Apple iphone 6 into the computer and into iTunes to update my music, I have a playlist that is duplicating.

How's come this is happening?

And how do I stop it?

I only need 1 playlist on both my computer and my phone. I don't want the "Playlist Name1" being added every time.
