hello - i have 3 aplle ids by now (one from my old email address when i still had a pc which is also my itunes account, one that i got with my apple products, and one new one with new family name as i got married...) can i put them "together"? especially all on one cloud and one itunes account?

No, Accounts may not be merged.
Use the one under your new name as the primary ID, authorize iTunes for for other two if you need them both.
