iPad
A broken screen on an iPad is not covered by the warranty, but can be replaced by Apple. You would be best served by contacting Apple-Brazil for assistance with the iPad, their information is: http://www.apple.com/br/support/ipad/
You can try resetting it: Hold down both the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears again (up to 30 seconds). If it resets successfully, the Slide to Unlock screen will display and you should be good to go.

When you held both buttons down, did you hold them down long enough for the screen to go to black and then for the Apple to re-appear? It's important to hold them down long enough.
