I sent in my Beats Pill XL (recalled by Apple) and now someone claiming from Apple is calling me to setup a reimbursement.....how can i verify his identity and confirm that he is legit?

Ask for a callback number. No one here can verify the source of such a call.

Alternatively, ask for a written message (snail mail or Email).
