You'll need to provide more details before anyone can assist you. Can you download the appropriate installer? Are you running Windows 7 32- or 64-bit? If you can download and run the installer, or are using the facilities built into Apple Software Update, do you see any error messages?

I have windows Vista 32 bit and I had to factory restore my computer and had the latest itunes on it and now I can't get it back, also the tech from apple told me I can't use anything higher till I update it
