Issue printing to Toshiba copier
I have a client who is unable to print to a Toshiba e-Studio copier, while another user is able to print. Both are using Macs running Yosemite, both have the same version of driver installed and when a print is sent to the device, it can be seen going to the copier, but nothing is printed.
I have deleted the printer and recreated it with the same driver version as the working unit has; the Supply Levels page displays the toner levels, so the Mac is communicating with the device, apart from printing.
The only thing I can see that is in any way different is the machine that won't print has the CUPS Web interface enabled, while the working Mac doesn’t.
I'd appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this.
