Very scary add in Safari! PLEASE HELP!

I Was on the Internet, and this ad came up it listed my coordinates, city, state, zip code. Then it started talking about all this illegal activity, talking about violating different laws and everything. Saying there will be an investigation and I'll serve years. It was talking about child ***********, but I was only on tumblr. I wouldn't believe it, but it had all y information, and this crazy stuff. Someone please please please help me out, I'm staring at the road waiting for police.
