I have an iPod shuffle 2nd generation. When i try to sync it it says it needs a newer version of software, i click to update it and get 'unknown error (-23)' i have tried to restore and update and it won't let me. I have updated iTunes,
have tried updating, restoring and restarting my laptop - no joy. I've also tried diff usb ports. nothing is happening
