hi,
My iPad went black out suddenly and couldn't turn on back.
I have tried to charge it and pushing home and on/ off button at the same time for 10s, but still couldn't turn on the iPad. Please help.

It sounds to me like your iPad will not turn on, and you've done most of the troubleshooting in the following article about that kind of an issue:

Contact Apple Support to set up service if you have any of these issues:
- You still see a black screen after charging, force restarting, or following the steps in this article.
