Can't access music purchased from iTunes, in iCloud

I recently signed up for iTunes Match and Apple Music and I'm having trouble with some of the purchased music on my MAC. I synched everything up but some of the albums I bought from iTunes will not upload to iCloud and therefore, I can't access the songs unless I'm on my MAC at home. Any ideas why some purchased music will not synch up?
