I accidentally deleted my photo shared album and it had all my pictures on it. I wasn't able to save any of the pictures. Is it possible to restore the album? I have my iCloud backed up onto my laptop as well.

From your post I see you're concerned about your photos after deleting a shared photo album. Given you stated these were your photos, then I take it you were the one who created the shared album. If that is the case then your photos are still in your library. If you delete a photo album, only the album is deleted, but not the actual photos in the library.
