Photos for MacEnter the following command into the Terminal application followed by the Return or Enter key:
drutil tray eject
You may have to do it several times.

Get some paper stock like a 3 x 5 card, slip it into the slot and try to get it just below the edge of the disk. Then try the Terminal command again. That might let the disk to get up over whoever edge may be keeping it in.
