I have restored my daughters iPod as she forgot her passcode. The iPod is now asking for the apple id to activate it. I have done as it asked but it keeps stating "the id used can not unlock the iPod". I have entered the correct id as I have other devices as well. Any advise would be appreciated.

I have also removed the device from my iCloud and iTunes account after following the help guidelines
