iphotos disappeared

iphotos disappeared

iPhotos disappeared from my applications after I did a reset of my hard drive and re-installed Maverick. I searched for it in Finder,but nothing.Same has happened with iMovie,but I was able to get the app from the app store.How do I get iPhoto back?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

If not in the app store under purchases then do you have a TM backup to restore from? Not sure why it would be gone.
