Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled)

Hi, I tried to use the Leef Ibridge memory as a time machine for an urgent matter. At the end it didn't work and now i need to reformat my Ibridge to its normal use. but the actual format of it now is "Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled)".

I received a file from the abridge support to solve the problem and it's bee impossible as it says that i can't access the file cause it's being used by an other processor.

Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
