MacBook Pro 12.3/2.7/CTO. OSX Yosemite 10.10.3
The trackpad on the computer will not allow me to click on anything, but I can move the cursor.

If a graphics tablet (Wacom or similar) has been connected, or if third-party software such as "Inklet" has been installed to allow the trackpad to be used as a tablet, there will be a preference pane named Ink in System Preferences. Open it and disable all the features.
Trackpad scroll working, but click function is not
