Recently, I have some issue with safari and tried to reset it, but the reset option from safari menu is removed. Can anyone please help step-by-step how to rest safari back to factory defaults?

What do you mean by "reset Safari?" To my knowledge, there is no way to do that other than reinstall OS X.

The older versions of safari had a "Reset Safari" option in the menu. But this new update does not have that option anymore. I checked on youtube, but there was no video for the newest safari.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
and confirm.
