Plug I pad to my mac and receive error message: USB Device Disabled. Unplug the device using too much power to re-enable USB device. Any Help would be appreciate.

Do you have a usb hub or an external HD connected as perhaps that is the problem? if so try unplugging it from the mac & trying the iPad again.
