Hi Haydee,


You can add page numbers in the print screen. select print then insert your page number in the footer.

Page Count can be found in the Insert menu (shown in Quinn's initial response). Here it is again, with highlighting applied:

Full instructions for inserting the page No. and page count as displayed above:

  • Go View > Show Print View (or press option-command-P)
  • Go View > Show Layout (or press shift-command-L) to make the margins and header and footer boxes visible.
  • Click in the Footer box at the bottom of any page.
  • Click the Align Right box in the format bar above the table's work area (the darkened box to the right of "connection line" in the illustration)
  • Type "Page " (without the quotes)
  • Go Insert > Page number
  • Type " of " (again without quotes)
  • Go Insert > Page count
