iCloud Storage on new phone

Hi there! I just upgraded from 5s to 6! On the old phone I was paying monthly for my 200gb storage for iCloud since I had only a 16gb. And now since i changed to the new phone, it says I don't have any space anymore on my iCloud! :/need to buy again? and be charged? I don't really get it
