Popup has locked Safari. It states: From “cdn.fr*****et.com": A new Media Downloader version is available. Download now for watching videos. Then has OK button.
Locks out history and webpage delete too
How do I get out of this without hitting OK and get it off my mac?

Force Quit Safari using the Command + Option + Esc keyboard shortcut.
Quit the application. Force quit if necessary.
Relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock. From the menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
to get rid of any cookies or other data left by the server. Open your Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize.
