Screen now enabled I'm unable to reduce the size of screen

i tried tapping with 3 fingers twice lv tried all day it's not working trying slow & quick why can l not resolve

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.


From your post I understand that you have accidentally enabled the Zoom Accessibly feature on your iPhone and cannot disable it. You can disable it by using iTunes and following the steps outlined below.


Managing Accessibility features using iTunes


  1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
  2. In iTunes, select your device.
  3. From the Summary pane, click > Configure Universal Access in the Options section at the bottom.
  4. Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.
