iPhone 6 won't call other iPhone's

My iPhone 6 was working perfectly fine until about 2 hours ago. I can't make any calls to anyone with an iPhone, no matter which version it is. Most of my family have iPhones so this is really making it hard to ask anyone for help. I have iMessage on and I can also text them but it won't call them. I called my home phone and the phone at my husbands work and it works fine but calling other iPhones does not.

I recently went on a trip with a few friends out of the country and it seems as though their phones don't work either. Is this some kind of roaming issue?

Please help cause nothing I've tried on this website has worked yet. I have an AT&T iPhone 6 16GB with IOS 8.4

Is it correct that your home phone and husbands work phones are land lines? Contact AT&T. Sounds more like an issue on its end than a problem specifically with your phone.

it happened to me last week and all i did was turning it off and after 5/10 minutes i turned it back on

It seemed like a lot of the phones in my area were having the same problem, I don't know what fixed it but after a few more hours the problem resolved itself. Thank you for giving suggestions.
