So i bought a G4 cube to mess around with and when installing tiger i noticed that if i let it sit for a few minutes the keyboard and mouse will stop working. I have the keyboard and mouse hooked up to an external display (apple 17" cinema display) which is hooked to the cube over the ADC connection. I also have a g4 tower that i hooked the display to, using the same keyboard and mouse and never experienced the issue to the problem lies within the G4 cube. does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Its also worth noting i have already done an erase and install, the problem does not occur if i hook the keyboard and mouse to the actual USB port on the G4 cube, only when going over the ADC port, and if i unplug the cable to the ADC port on the g4 and plug it back in the keyboard and mouse start working again for a short while. I have already attempted cleaning the port on the G4.
