iPhone 6 screen received small crack three weeks after being replaced. Is it covered?

iPhone 6 screen received small crack in top right corner three weeks after being replaced. Is it covered under some sort of immediate warranty or would it cost an additional $110 to repair? It didn't receive much if any contact so I think it could be an issue related to the installation.
